Individual Personal Training
Fit I Am Fitness’ personal trainers will partner with you to design a smart and safe exercise program.  Our programs are designed to guide you step-by-step as a beginner, move you beyond a stubborn plateau, or simply re-energize your current workout.  Fit I Am personal trainers will work with you to make living a healthy lifestyle attainable with nutritional coaching, cardiovascular and resistance training. Working with a trainer provides major benefits. A Fit I Am trainer demonstrates the proper form and technique for each exercise you perform and helps maintain accountability, motivation and commitment.

Your first session with a trainer is critical to helping you set up a foundation for success. Seven out of ten people start an exercise program, but within two to three months they’ve dropped out. This high drop-out rate is often due to the fact that the individual has not spent any time establishing the right program for themselves based on their history, goals, individual needs and lifestyle. The initial consultation will allow us to determine which type of program is going to help you stay motivated and consistent enough to progress, experience results and see success.  Along the way, we’ll challenge you to change your outlook and build confidence with results that extend far beyond the mirror.

Group Exercise Classes
Classes provide an opportunity to participate in a group setting that makes your workout fun and energizing. Our weighted hula-hoop class mixes cardio and resistance training. Each class is designed to challenge your body, increase your motivation, and yield incredible results. From cardiovascular training to strength and resistance training, our classes are tailored to meet all fitness levels.  Our classes’ focus on total body conditioning so that you burn fat and increase lean body mass in every session. 

Small Group Training
Whether you put together your own group of friends or join an existing group, Fit I Am Fitness’ small group training is an affordable way to experience the benefits of personal training in a fun atmosphere.  Your small group of 2-4 people will all be working towards a similar goal while encouraging each other along the way. If you are looking for camaraderie, motivation and friends to share the cost of personal training, try small group training.

Fitness Boot Camp
Fitness Boot Camp is for people of every age, gender, size, shape or fitness level.  No recruit is ever left behind or asked to perform anything they physically are not ready to do. Individuals of every skill level benefit immensely.  Benefits include increased strength, endurance, balance and muscle toning. You do not need to be in shape to join.  This class is for you if you want to work hard, challenge yourself, and allow yourself no excuses.

Senior Fitness 
If you're a senior seeking to improve your health and fitness level -- or the child of a senior looking to help a parent maintain their strength and mobility -- we can help!  We've trained clients from age 9 to 90 with great success. Regardless of age, regular exercise with a personal trainer can ensure that seniors stay active and healthy over the long haul, improve strength, balance and stability, and preserve the confidence and self-esteem that comes from maintaining your independence.  If you have exercise equipment at home, we'll incorporate it into your personal training program. If not, your Fit I Am personal trainer will bring all of the exercise equipment you need to make safe and steady progress toward your wellness goals.    

Kids Fitness
With today’s childhood obesity being such an issue, Kids’ Fitness is a fun and exciting way to keep kids active!  Take a break from the video games and help today’s youth discover how much fun exercise can be while getting in shape! This program will incorporate many different muscular and cardiovascular exercises that will encourage your kids to live a healthy, active lifestyle.  Cardiovascular training will include different forms of running, jumping and agility exercises.  Muscular strength will be developed through different exercises using a variety of equipment and their own body weight.  In addition, kids will be taught the importance of healthy eating habits and the basics of nutrition.  Kids fitness is a great way for kids to stay active and develop a healthy lifestyle early on.
